We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to read them on each occasion you use this website.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Order Process

All orders placed on this website will be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, even after confirmation, if the Terms and Conditions are not accepted.

Goods wrongly ordered and returned may be subject to a 20% handling charge.

Availability of Stock

All products are subject to availability. Although we aim to keep stock information accurate on our website, this cannot be guaranteed.

If an item ordered is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to discuss options.

Description of Goods and Prices

We try our hardest to provide correct and up-to-date product information; however, errors can occur.
If you believe a description is incorrect or require further information, please contact us.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full before goods are dispatched, excluding Trade Accounts with agreed Payment Terms.

All goods remain the property of Castle Automotive & Engineering Supplies Ltd until full payment has been received.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card.
All prices are shown in £ sterling and exclude 20% VAT.

Delivery charges and options are shown at checkout.
Orders above £150 (ex VAT) qualify for free delivery.

All invoice queries must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt to:

Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

If a return or substitution is required, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will determine the appropriate action: credit, replacement, or refund.
Refunds/credits exclude carriage costs.

We must be notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged products, including photographic evidence.

Please clearly state your reason for return and include your full name, order number, and delivery address.

Please keep your proof of return postage.
We are not liable for items lost in transit.
Items lost when being returned cannot be refunded, and claims must be made with the courier used.

Refunds for returned items will be issued within 5 working days of receipt to the original payment method.

Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

The following issues are NOT covered (including but not limited to):

Normal wear and tear
Faulty installation (where applicable)
Accidental damage or improper use
Abnormal environmental/storage conditions
Overloading or insufficient maintenance
Use for anything other than intended purpose
Product modification or tampering
Use of non-genuine parts or accessories
Repairs by anyone other than Castle Automotive & Engineering Supplies Ltd
